Step 1: Make sure your sissy is completely relaxed and meditative. They should feel calm, sleepy, and very receptive to touch and soft sounds.

Step 2: Be sure your sissy has no access to themselves. whatsoever. This can be done by restrictive gloves, one piece clothing options such as teddies, or a restrictive device.

Step 3: Gently place a soft headset on your sissy. Make sure he/she is either lying down or sitting upwards with your support behind them. 

Step 4: Play the selected tracks in the order according to the 7 step program. Keep in mind which week your sissy is in and which tracks should be played.

Results will vary depending on consent and conditions.~
